Project: College Year In Athens Website: click here to visit Client: DIKEMES Development of a website for the College Year in Athens educational program Website for the College Year In Athens educational program offered by the International Centre for Hellenic and Mediterranean Studies (DIKEMES). DIKEMES is a not-for-profit educational institution which promotes the study of the culture of Greece and the Mediterranean world, addressing university students from North America and Europe, foreign visitors, and the English-speaking community of Greece.   Website design considerations included the development of an engaging visual interface and an informative web environment that would allow prospective students to discover the range of subjects, activities, events and services provided by the College Year In Athens program. Site content management is performed via Virtual Studios' flagship CMS application, the SelfHelp Content Management System, which allows College staff and administrators to perform mission and time critical updates to website content, manage integrated web applications, and provide a wide range of value added web services to existing and prospective students of the program.
